wheel acid will help to get all that brake dust off, but you don't have to cut it with water, just don't leave it on for more than a minute. and if you want to really get into it you might want to look in touching up that curb rash with a grinder.
dude wheel acid is some nasty shit, if you leave on for too long in will eat tru the the metal and start to tun them white, delute it, read the lable, i buy a 20oz bottle for 20 dollars, i can use it up to 30 to 40 cars, feel free to put in on and dont cut it it may eat tru you tires, i have never used it so strong. and that shit will fuck your throught up, when i go a very low ratio, i can feel it in the morning,
