Is the Type R worth it?

Some cams idle like shit, pollute like none other and are very weak down in the low rpm's. Not alot of people want a street car that can barely idle and has to be revved to 6k rpm just to get it going

so which cams would be recommended for street use, or what stage?

You really don't buy cams that are good for the street, you should buy cams that will work good with your motor, I mean to a point you'll want to make sure there streetable but with tuning you can get mostly all cams to idle fine, and with the technology now even the more extreme ones really don't hurt your midrange that much, lets face it honda motors don't have low end so we won't worry about that.
