What year and how many miles do you have on your integra. Also it is always better to sell it by private party you will alomost always get double. Trust me I worked at a car dealership for a few months between semesters. I have seen some funny shit ! Check www.kbb.com to get an exact estimate of your cars worth.Oh yeah any or even all mods doesn't help you on trade in and some times hurts you cause honestly to us its cool but they basically sometimes strip the shit we put on to put stock parts back on because it is easier to sell. That way the car appeals to a bigger "audience" rather than us youth.

hehe yea..i had a 97 GS, it was a recondtion car, sure enough they wouldnt take it, so i turned to the classified ads, think bout this, 97' Sliver Integra GS w/ 23,000Miles i had calls of the ying yang, should it for almost 8 grand, i bought it for 5. thats where i got money for my RSX. dealerships will rip you off, buy less and sell higher.

What the dealership does is take the value of your car, and then subtract what it will cost to advertise it, to go over it mechanically and repair/replace anything that needs to be fixed, and to recondition it. Yeah, they hose you on trade-ins. When I bought my Teg, I asked what they would give me for my trade in, which was KBB'd at 6 grand. They offered me $2,500! I said no way, put it on autotrader.com (back when autotrader was still free) and sold it for 5 grand. I think they lowballed me a bit because I was buying the Integra for wholesale cost. They had just gotten it in as a trade in and hadn't touched it yet. it was just sitting way back in the lot, still filthy as hell from the previous owner. It booked for $12,800, I got it for $8,800! This was in July of 2000. They made a deal with me that they'll sell it to me "as is", without going over it mechanically, for $8,800, I was like hell yeah! I didn't even think they'd clean it, but when I got there to pick it up a few days later it was SPARKLING inside and out!

and yeah, check out www.kbb.com and check out what our GSR is worth, it not a whole lot. I run my car on there, they tell me my car is worth like 5 grand (137K, sweet condition) and I just laugh. It's worth a hell of a lot more than that to me. You'll always be better off selling it privately, if you financially able to buy a new car while still holding on to the old one, and then are ABLE to sell it.

rsx type s is faster then your gsr hun, you have what... maybe 180 and a type s has 200 unless you're talking about the base rsx with 160

i worked at da nissan/mazda dealership for almost a year.. they dont give you shit for your car.. ive seen them pay $1500 fo 93 twin turbo 300zx for trade in value.. the driver side was smashed in (probably 1-2gz damage max).. but the car ran perfectly fine.. the dude was a sucker.. hahah they later fixd the car and were selling it for like 12gz... best thing to do would be private party

Hey bro I know you have alot into your car and you hold high value on your car but here is Kelley Blue Book trade in value for your car. Sorry man.http://kbb.com/kb/ki.dll/kw.kc.ur?kbb.FL;415788;FL001&32605;hch+t&39;Acura;1995 Integra&10;AC;AH&&&

I got my 01 LS with at the time 17,000 miles for a total of $13,000 Here's how though man. Well first off I sold cars for like 3 months one for a job that would pay well and the experience because the whole time I owned my neon I wanted every little thing I could to help me when time came to get me a car for the cheapest price . There are so many ways to get around having to pay alot of money for a car. My car kbb.com value is right under 16 grand. What happened was I did get there at a perfect time. I was in the office next to anothre office where an old lady wanted to trade her car (my car now) because it was to hard for her to get in and out of. So I was over hearing the whole thing and I heard that they gave her 10 grand for her trade in . Once I heard that I jumped. I was waiting outside the office of the sales manager as he was finalizing the deal and told him that I would give him 10 grand for that car right now. He was laughing at me because of how I did the whole ordeal but said that it could be done. The reason it was 13 grand was cause I had my neon and had $5500 in negative equity if I were to trade in the car but I got him to give me the most I could get from Kelley blue book for a trade in and then when The deal was set I was at like 12,400 or so then added taxes and it was a total of 13,200 I think. If it wasn't for the damn neon I would have saved a bunch of money.

But on a new cars there are really no loop holes it is honestly how much they are willing to give you for your car and as much as the bank will let out a loan for yoou. But make sure on a loan for a new car not to accept high loans because they can give out as much as 125% to 150% of the cars estimated total on a loan. It really is bad cause it will put you in negative equity with a car right from the get go and you will never recover unless you put down a big payment somewhere down the line and end up refiancing the same car which is basically retarded. Just don't rush into it bro take your time and sell your car get the most you can for your car while still staying fair (karma)(lol). And then use that for a down payment on a new or also a used RSX. Because now you will start seeing more RSX getting traded in and now is the time of the second hand drivers to get a hold of these cars. Just be careful bro I wouldn't wanna hear of a fellow clubintegra member getting dicked over trying to get a new car. Oh yeah never get a lease. Please for the love of God don't get a lease they are the biggest rip off ever.
