How To: Report the California Highway Patrol (CHP)

That's fine, but when the cops are looking out for you late at night in a s***ty part of town, and you go and rat them out for going a little over the speed limit, that's not looking out for anyone. There's nothing wrong with being an honest person, there should be more of them nowadays, but tattling on someone that risks their ass everyday in a s***ty city so you feel safer because they were driving a little fast is too far.

Also, I never said you trolled yourself, the threads you start and your responses are trollbait.
But remember, he lives 5 minutes from the beach.... But drives an integra?

The only time I have a issue with cops is when they clearly violate our civil rights. Or like in my city flat out make s*** up so they can pull you over. Majority of officers are legit but the ones who think they ARE the law and not just enforceing it are rising and giving a bad rep to those who do their job. The best thing you can do is obey the laws and if you are pulled over turn on your camera on your phone and record. It's completely legal and like the cops who have dash cams for evidence you can use it too. Respect gets respect. And op the very first line of what you wrote proves you are immature and need to stop.
Thank you, this is exactly what I was getting at. Also a good idea to record them when they are in the process of detaining someone on the street. I am not immature, I "mess" with cops when they aren't doing their job, that is the point but I understand why you would read it that way, I should have chosen my words a little better.

I feel that. I fuck with cops in the same way somewhat. Only part that I didnt like was admitting to being a proud snitch....

Lol, we can agree to disagree. Had a long conversation with my housemate about this once. She was from Sacramento and I couldn't really get her away from the mentality of "Snitches get Stitches". I grew up hearing something similar but I chose to be the one who speaks up.

Fair enough.
I feel that. I mean, it all depends. People snitch over bullshit tho. Different if u witnessed some random act of violence on an innocent person or sumthn. But me, I live in WA. Ee have decent defense laws and I have my cpl. I would rather help them out with those resources. Not like the cops would make it on time anyways. I have the fuck snitches mentality cuz i got arrested and faced a felony charge for getting snitched on by my "friend" for something I didnt even do. He got caught up after the fact and tried to pin it on me. I got arrested for it, ended up getting dropped but still had hella fines.

Vtec? I have V-TAK! Son..
Reason I don't want to be a cop is because the scope of influence is minimal when compared to a politician. I'll be snitching 'til the day I die! It's the right thing to do and you know it is too.
Are you kidding me!? The SCOPE OF INFLUENCE is MINIMAL....ever heard of "PAL"? where off duty LEO's mentor kids in sports and outdoor activities. My high school coaches were cops, My Jr. high football coach was a cop. My high school Vice principal was Military Police during Desert Storm and lateraled to the local PD where the high school was at. So don't say LEO's are not very influential people because I don't see anybody trusting politicians nowadays, democrat or republican.

Maybe you should stop watching the news and other media of how LEO's are being depicted...Cuz right now, while crooked cops are grabbing all the headlines of scandals, where's all the news of the good cops doing good, buried in page 7 of the local section of a newspaper or honorable mention in the news program....

Got pulled over, what do you do?

Found this excellent video on how to talk to an Officer when being pulled over. Best to know your rights people so you don't incriminate yourself.

And a longer more modern version of the same thing, plus what to do if stopped on the street or if an Officer comes to your home.
Rule #9 at 27:24 is most relevant to our discussion here.

A few more examples of what to do.
