Horrible vibration when accelerating only

Then by process of elimination its from the drive train assembly that is rotating. Transmission, axles, brake rotors, wheels, or tires. We dont need to keep going round and round do we?

yes any part of the drive train that rotates can cause a vibration if damaged or imbalanced. However I would expect it to vibrate all the time, not just when under load. Inspect it anyways though.

Wheel Bearings are the only thing left untouched. If I replace them and it still does this shit then I'm getting rid of that thing.

Have you checked the wheel bearings and if you push the clutch in and the noise goes away it could be a throw out bearing

Does the vibration intensify with RPM or MPH? Vibrations when holding speed or only when accelerating?

If it goes away when you push in the clutch, it's the clutch. Sound like you broke a diaphragm spring, that's why it doesn't do it when disengaged.
