HIDS for jdm teg front

this guy told me this Projector's are still different from non to HID which i have & that If im looking for better light output, a plug and play HID kit will not help. Either retrofit or buy 98+spec lights. & that 8k's are horrible i need 4300 some phillips Xenon HID's not cheap ebay ones

well a HID kit still works better than the halogens. he's not wrong though, here's the difference between a 96 spec w/ HID kit vs 98+ OEM: http://www.clubintegra.com/board/showthread.php?t=66345 I've also included pics of non HID projectors vs Bosch HID projectors which most manufacturers are using.
