This is what i found

JDM front Integra -

non HID = hb4
HID = d2S

High beam = h1

fog light = h3

Since mine arent HIDS would id have to get HB4 or the D2s since im getting the HIDS??

Im looking at right now at the 10,000K Xenon HID Kit Single Beam
This is pure rice. If you want proper white light do not go above 5000k.

Looks like you have the 96 spec housing get HB4. Don't get DS2 bulbs. That's for the 98 OEM HID housing.

damn i didnt knw there was such thing as ricey HIDS ...lol but this guy told me this Projector's are still different from non to HID which i have & that If im looking for better light output, a plug and play HID kit will not help. Either retrofit or buy 98+spec lights. & that 8k's are horrible i need 4300 some phillips Xenon HID's not cheap ebay ones

^ yes

i think for the low beams its 9006
and i think for the fogs its somethin like h4
just make sure you check the number on the bulbs in those sockets and thats the type you need
dont quote me on those numbers though
I thought it was d2s
D2S is for TSX projectors this is what I'm running now. I'm not sure if the JDM ITR HID use D2S. I won't be surprise.
My JDM SIR-G stock headlights was 9006 (low beam), 9005 (high beam) and I don't remember on the fogs size but I can double check it on mine this weekend if needed.

You can put HIDs in JDM or USDM headlights since we have projectors. It will not blind people if properly aligned. I have only been flashed once in 1 year. Only difference is that the lenses are not made for them, thus dulling the output. Most people retrofit or put a different lenses inside. That and there are lines across the projector for halogen bulbs. (you will see the lines in the pictures below)

JDM HID headlights do not have the lines in front of the projector.

5k-6k is what generates the most light on the road. The higher the kelvin, the less light it will generate but it will deepen the color. So if you are going for looks, you will sacrifice light output.

I got ddm tuning 6k 35W HIDs. Still very white.

Warming up

Final

looks OEM to me.

Cutoff is still pretty clean even if its just regular headlights with HIDs in them.
