so i painted my VC today, decided to try something a little different. installed some fog lights, and installed my skunk2 LCA's.
before pic of the VC
and after, it changes colors depending on the angle and lighting
installed, also tried something new with the washers and nuts

very shortly here in the future im going to do a write up on how to do this type of paint job, it involves using high temp. clear, high temp, (color choice) and this metalcast paint by dupli color
these are the colors i used.
Dupli Color High Temp. Engine enamel. (i used a basic blue)
Dupli Color High Temp. Engine enamel. Clear Coat
and the Dupli Color MetalCast Purple.

Dude I told u I would trade u strait up my hood for yours.. My OEM hood is black but I would trade ya lol..
Cant wait to get that spoiler on my car.
The valve cover looks REAL NICE.. the only thing I would have done differently was painted the lettering a diff color or left them polished.

I see u got your old strut bar on (got the bends fixed) its the EXACT SAME bar I have too.. I love it.

idk if i gave you your tracking number yet, but its going to be there monday i will PM you the tracking number. and yeah i fixed my brackets for the strut bar then painted them black, cuz they were rustedthx, and thats my next thing im gonna do today!

seeing that you crashed your other car, and it took me like 3 tries to mail you those emblems, the last endevor was rather problematic and went down in a raging ball of fire. if you want, ill give it another go, and try to mail them out to you, just let me know. good job on that gsr.

its cool dude, if you want you can send them to the address im going to PM you. im gonna take off the valve cover from the other car and use that to do the write up.

well, heres a little bit of bad news, i forgot (like the dumb ass i em) that my hood rubs on my valve cover, because the asshole that had the car before me didnt install it right and it doesnt fit the way it is suppose to. so my custom paint job in now ruined on the end of it. heres some pics. oh and Spooled dont worry im fixing this problem so if you want to trade still, it wont rub on your VC
im gonna sand down the end of it and see if i can fix it without redoing the whole thing
