3/24/11: I was gonna have a bigger update today then the one I am about to post, but my check won't clear until the morning so that purchase has to wait a day haha. As for todays update, I ordered injectors!! I have been in talks with Deatschwerks for the last couple months about their new line of injectors. Skeptical at first to order some I researched, researched and for a change of pace, researched some more. All the while I was in talks with Chris Mills who works for DW, whom was very helpful and didn't try forcing his companies product down my throat.

After a couple months worth of debating I finally decided to pull the trigger today and give them a shot. I ordered a set of their 1000cc injectors, hopefully its enough fuel for my goals, if not then I will order their 1300cc injectors and sell these, but I am pretty sure these will be enough. I didn't order these to cut corners or to save a few dollars. I ordered these because they seem like a really solid product, their customer service is top notch and ok they are a better price then the competition lol. These should be here next week. Once I get them in the car and have it up and running completely I will write a better review for others to have at their disposal.

I am down to manifold/downpipe/dumptube...gee I wonder what I will be ordering tomorrow :)

3/25/11: My Precision 46mm wastegate arrived today. Its a really nice looking piece. I messaged Greg from Go-Autoworks on facebook and discussed the manifold/downpipe setup I was after. Decided to go ahead and order it, should be here in about 3 weeks

have you talked to deastchwerks about their new in-tank 300lph fuel pump?? i've seen some ads for that and i'm curious to whether I should buy it instead of the typicall walbro 255....

I have talked to them about their pumps, if it wasnt such a pain in the ass to get the twin walbro setup in and out of the tank I would consider swapping them. Ahobbs on Honda-Tech did a writeup on the pumps, I guess they had Kinsler test the pumps and they came back with good reviews. The best part about the pumps is if you run dual pumps they are flow matched, kinda like you math injectors or even piston/rods. Now if they were to give me a couple pumps for Free, then yeah I would go through the hassle of pulling the pumps out and replacing them haha. I still can't believe my injectors are going to be here tomorrow. I am litterally down to a boost solenoid and paying for dyno time, in order to have the car boosted. Then its time to save up for axles, slicks, traction bar.

BTW not sure why my pics of wastegate aren't working on here, they are working just fine on all the other sites I have my build posted up on. Oh well, its just a black wastegate lol.

I like how you break everything down step by step and really show the work that goes into it. Very nice car/motor you make me very jealous haha.

Thanks, I am a picture whore haha, but if it helps others out then who cares.

3/26/11: My injectors arrived today!! They were packaged nice and secure, came with a complete printout detailing the injectors flow specs. I might put them in this weekend just to get 1 more thing out of the way
