Dual exhaust question. Turbo b18c1

J13 sooo mad
So I am gearing up to start a new project and came across an idea which I need feedback on.
Using a b18c1 gsr block, all forged internals ect. With a peakboost turbo setup t3/t4 goal is 300+ whp.
Instead of using a traditional single 2.5" or 3" pipe for exhaust i was wondering if I would get roughly the same amount of performance running dual exhaust from the downpipe to the rear but only using 1.5" or even 1" piping (all custom of course). Would this be insufficient for backpressure? Has anyone ever done this? And would it make a more high pitch sound rather than a deep fart cannon? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks CI
dont waste your time and money. If it was at all efficient and worth it, people wouldve done it by now.

stick to single exhaust, 2.5 inches or 3 inch all the way back. A turbo car with a bigger exhaust wont sound the same as a n/a car with the same size exhaust. the sound on a turbo teg will be deeper and more aggressive, and better sounding imo.
