Does strut bars help?

Wheel Hop has been occurring while in first gear then reving to 5K to shift into 2nd. Anyone have any suggestions on whether to purchase engine mounts, traction bars or both? (1997 Acura Integra Type-R)

try mounts first, then if really necessary, just go for the traction bars

Just me personally, i wouldn't purchase those. Not because they look terrible (but they do), but since they are no name brands, they more than likely wouldn't even have any positive effects after you install them.

annnnd, i wouldn't buy any strut bars unless i did AutoX/Circuits/etc.
