A friend of mine also a DA9 driver was driving in the winter conditions up here and he had hit a tree, he was driving and lost control and ended up spinning out, he wants to bang out the back replace the bumper the hatch and the piece that goes between the tail lights let me know what you guys think thanks

The dent above wheel on the left was from the crash but the frame seems fine no cracks

Obviously your friend was being a stupid ricer and driving reckless, You don't spin out like crazy going under 20 in icy conditions..Just buy a new shell.

DA's (most honda's actually [are there actually any body on frame hondas?]) don't have a frame... It's unibody which means the body of the car IS the frame.

Its fixable, but at what cost does it become not worth it. If he were to take it to a body shop I can almost garauntee it'd be more then what another shell would cost

Can be fixed but I wouldn't do it. Like nerk said, buy a shell.

its not fixable... Nothing will ever be true again... plus if he were to ever be rear ended again the whole rear would just crumple like paper the support is damaged and pulling it out will just streach the metal... Buy a new one

yah just replace the bumber the middle piece and yah try to pull it out andmake it even as you can i had a 93 civic coupe that got hit my a dumb ass going 40 on the ice and i fixed it and sold it haha

Like you guys said It will never be 100% but it does look alot better, The bumper needs to be replaced next but the hatch was replaced, the tail lights were saved and it was done with a rubber mallet, the car is on the road and the rear wheels are still straight
