I honestly don't like the idea of paying to access to special portion of the site. I think that's stupid, becasue MoJo would be the only one in there.

I think it should be either 18+ or a certain amount of posts, which would get users to post more. :thumbs up

JDMchat has a VIP section. It's not really a big deal, at least to me. The only thing that is in there is download links for movies and porn. Who cares? You can do that by yourself. If this is going to work, I think there needs to be some bad ass benefits.
