Skip. GS' are decent bikes, but being 30 years old, it'll be a headache trying to find cheap parts if something breaks.

Also skip the Rebel. 67,000km is high mileage for a bike, and 2000s and up with around 5-10k miles can be had for around 1500. Also being a 250, you'll be wanting something faster once you get the hang of it.

They do make some pretty badass bobbers for cheap as hell though.

It's a shame that xr400 is so expensive that's in your area, Those things go for 1500-2250 in the states.
