I could park that bike on the sidewalk behind my house, and go down in my underground basement/garage through the house and still feel that thing thumping the ground :lol:

I was a skinny shit back then, and I just got done dragging that 255lb pig out of that doorway in front of it, which wasn't easy because there's a 4inch step in the concrete I had to push it over. :lol:

He had to go under a bridge to make it seem loud :lol: It's hard to fathom what it's like being near a running XR. It doesn't hurt your ears from being loud, it just thumps the ground and your chest like a jackhammer. Harley twins kinda do that I know, but nothing like that beast did.

Didn't have a truck to haul it with, kept having too many close calls with the cops. The woods I rode in are only 2 streets up, and you ride up neighborhood streets to get there, but people kept calling the god damn cops for the brief 2 minute ride up to the trails and they were looking for me and cruising my neighborhood all day. I knew sooner or later I wouldn't be able to slip away and I'd have a heavy fine on me even though I wasn't doing anything horribly bad.

I never said 255lbs was heavy :lol: I was out of shape as shit back then. I could still lift it up on a stand though.

She works 6 days a week, and at the time the teg was the only other running vehicle, and she fell out of a tree trying to get a cat down in her 20s and fucked her left knee up so bad it still swells up to this day if she walks for too long or drives a stick shift, so that was out of the question.

Hopefully I can get one that's already street legal this time around and not have to go through that process.

Her truck's also not a turd either... :lol:

It's just a stock '99 2wd that needs the headlights restored/replaced. Been a damn good truck for the 8 years she's had it, and it's in good shape still.

Those 3 dents are from inconsiderate dickwads in parking lots.

Also forgot to add that I test rode a Ducati for the first time last week. 821 Hypermotard. That thing was torquey as fuck, and had no issues getting the front wheel off the ground
