Someone's forgetting that I used a floor jack and a cinder block to hold up the KZ when I took the forks off :lol:So is mine :rolf:
But I guess I got lucky, I got in with some good riders that knew the "proper" way to work on bikes in the 600RR days.
That's not to say I still don't do s*** the hillfolk way sometimes :rolf: like ratchet strapping the f4 to the ceiling to fix the lowered forks.
First off, there would be a ton of stops for gas. Last time I filled up, I got 42 MPG with mostly city riding, but it's a 3.7gal tank. So double an 883's range :rolf:Since you know quite a bit about them... how do you think a 12r would fair in a continuous 7000 mile road trip?
Told ya... :lol:Did a real quick little test spot with the wd40 scotchbrite method, God damn that works good
If it's not a huge pain in the ass I'm gonna pull the whole exhaust off and clean as much of it as I can.
Also I didn't spray the wd40 on the bike, part of that is a valve cover leak, the rest is where I soaked the pad.
