The weather has been a hell of a lot better the last couple of days so I can start working on the panels that need new clear coat, and then the shitegra's hood.

Started pulling the front end apart on the KZ for the fork seals/gaiters.

That makeshift center stand tho :mrgreen:

Unfortunately, the fuckers won't pull apart for me. So hopefully one of the Ruck guys has the right fork tube wrench.

Maybe the chipped/scratched megaphone gets another scratch?

Nope, I had to move it up some to get to the fork tube. It sits directly under the brake line.

I don't mind the fender so much, the seat I definitely wanna change out for that black/tan one I posted a while back.

When I do that, I wanna either find the smaller grab bar from a KZ400.

Or just make it work without one for a scrambler type look :what:

Just remove the fucking ugly thing. :rolf: The bar's pretty much useless, if anyone rides with you they'll want to hold onto you or the tank.

Flat seat with the fender look good, of course yours still has that big ass tail light that needs to be sorted.

Not worried about the taillight either. I'm trying to do as little wiring as I have to on this bike. :lol:

At least it sits lower than the 400 a few posts back :lol:

They do make a ricer clear lens for the OEM taillight though... :rolf:

The seat I'm talking about getting should be closer to this guy's, without the slight hump in the middle.

Pretty sure that's a hacked up stock seat, which (although the cheaper) I don't wanna do either.

So it looks like I'm gonna be ordering new lower fork legs because the old ass seals are seized in place and the bushings are also rusted in place... Yay :roll:

Might as well do the HID/H4 conversion while I'm at it.
