At least you can have the motorcycles you want for a hell of a lot cheaper than me, That's my whole problem. :lol:

I guess it isn't too bad. Figure a cheap Blast would be about 1k, throw another 1200-1300 in mods and be good. Could probably find a decent Ninja for about 1200 and the café kit is another 1200 or so.

Thoughts on the R1100R? Been reading some on these because I've come to like the bmw boxers and they seem to have a good reputation, Not real big lookers.

It's the Ninja H2, the Kawasaki H2 is something totally different. The Ninja H2R is the one with 300hp, and it's not street legal. The street legal one has under 200hp. And you sure as s*** can go wrong with that 300hp on a street bike.

I don't really care for it at all, and I'm a track racer, I like speed, But I also like functionality, It's supercharged which the only benefit I see there is in the straights but it will probably eat tires, It's Nearly 80lbs heavier than the zx10r at 524.8lbs, The wheelbase is about an inch longer, Lower compression so I would assume engine braking is not as good which could hurt times and will cost you more in brake pads.

Let's not forget the base model looks cheap, Definitely not 25k worthy, Taking a zx10r or a new R1/R1M and putting what you have left over would definitely be the better way to spend 25 grand.

It's also overhyped, Everyone just heard 300hp and suddenly it's the greatest bike ever built, I promise, Though a much more expensive and not available to the public bike the RC213V exceeds probably even the H2R's abilities.

A lot of our people have had a "real" bike and switched to a Ruck. Same with people selling their Rucks for a Grom only to go back to a Ruck or Met shortly after.

I know because the last bike I rode... Several months ago.. was a crf80 and I wanted to die, Never mind 0-60 times, It took 4-6 seconds just to go from 0mph to 5th gear which is like 40-45mph...

Gy6's do 55 out of the box. They get the 65mph number from the speedometers of the china scoots they come from, and those are NEVER accurate :lol:
