Battery and stator (maybe rr). I'm telling you, get those voltages to me man, I can help!

I really don't have much experience in electrical stuff to be 100% honest, I know how to use a meter and such but not exactly what wires to read etc to get what voltage's you're wanting. Tell me what you're wanting voltages of and i'll google how to get them. Lol

Oh I might need to tell you that, One day when it was starting last week, I did test voltage on the battery. Whenever it started the voltage on the battery would slowly drain, about .01 voltage every second. Which would tell you that it isn't charging? So that would mean the stator? But that doesn't explain why a fully charged battery won't start the bike.

Got the battery on the charger. Once it's charged i'll start it up (It should start once it's charged -.-) and test the 3 yellow wires on the recifier regulator, than if those have the proper voltage i'll test the 2 wires coming from the stator and see if they have the proper voltage. Did a bit of googling and that should tell me what's wrong. I looked at a wiring diagram for the bike also and all the plugs etc on the wiring harness are correctly hooked up etc. Definately has to be the stator or the rectifier. From google search someone was saying if you have a fairly new/new battery and it's charged and it's not turning over when cranking than it's most likely the rectifier regulator. We'll find out tomorrow hopefully. I'm not sure what the most common place to buy a rectifier or stator is but on ebay they're $40 for a stator or $30 for a rectifier... Since I think i'll just be selling this bike i'll probably go ebay route lol.

That's how I got my infamous bay shot, Though I'll admit a bit more patience would've yielded better results and less photoshop.

I like that! Light painting is probably the hardest thing for me to shoot. That and my editing skills are useless...

My editing skills are far better now than they were then, Practice, Practice, I spend so much time editing dumb s*** like this just for experience and in the end I get a legitimate reward out of it.

I got that bay shot 2nd time though then touched it up a bit :)

Light painting is probably my favorite but I rarely take the time to set up and do it, I really need to get a cordless LED/Fluorescent shop light so I can go out and setup in a good spot and paint my car.

motomummy emailed me to day, They said they have a unknown arrival time for the 150 link gold MVXZ chain. They could send me a black 150 link MVXZ chain they have in stock or spend $55 more (After I already paid $40 more for the 150 link chain) for a EK ZZZ 150 link gold chain which is in stock. I told them to refund my $40 I paid extra and send me a 120 link gold MVXZ chain and i'll just remove the extensions and repaint them. Maybe I can sell the extensions locally for like $100 and get most the money back from my chain/sprocket kit. Alot of people that called on the bike was asking if the extensions were removable anyways so apparently it would even help sell it and save me $

Alright redid one the the grounds that looked nasty and got a better connection on it. Tested the ohm's on the stator wires, 3 yellow wires. My manual says it should be 0.1 - 1.0. With 1.0 ohms being max and if it's higher than the stator is bad. Well the first yellow wire has 1.1 ohms, 2nd one has 1.3 ohms, 3rd one has 1.3 ohms.

Than the rectifier has a green and red wire, When you set it to volts and test green and red wire together it should have the same volts as the battery. Which was a success, Battery had 12.63 volts at the time, When I checked the green and red wire it had 12.63 volts. Than it said to check the green wire with a ground. It said it should have continuity through it. It had like 1.3 ohms or 1.1 ohms and like 4.6 volts when set to volts. So from the test and my research I'd say the stator is bad. Before I order a stator, I'll wait for Accel to give me a hand here with all these numbers. Alittle confused about the green/ground wire on rectifier because I don't have any target numbers to go off of lol

Also from google search awhile back when looking for why it would be hard to start. Some people with aftermarket filter, and exhaust, with no power commmander will have trouble with cold starts. Well I was cranking the bike for a few seconds. Tried a trick I heard of someone doing on google. Primed the fuel pump 4-5 times. When to start it and it cranked for about 1 second and fired up, Lol. Maybe that's the reason it's harder to start. I'll try it again first thing next time I start it. I'll prime the pump about 5 times than give it a ago.

another edit: On honda oem parts diagram, There literally isn't anywhere to buy a stator cover gasket, All the stator cover gaskets on ebay are from hong kong and china, There's no way in hell i'm waiting 30 days for a $2 gasket to ship from china. This bike is rediculous why can I not find parts... So honda never made a stator cover gasket and they say to use black silicone, They use honda bond on it from the factory. Guess i'll just use some black silicone

Ok so if the battery isn't getting charged, than it has to be the rr or stator (or a bad ground/fuse lol). Did you test the output of the stator in AC volts? That's your ultimate conclusion on if it's bad or not. say there's three wires coming out of it. Just use the voltmeter ands place it between all connections until you get a reading. (Like try combinations until you get a reading). Then let me know that.

Also how new is your Battery and what brand?
When my stator and rr went bad, my battery did as well. So it would say it was at 100% but it still wasn't good because it couldn't hold a charge. Maybe go take your Battery to autozone to have it checked out.

Fyi, check out your rr and look for dimples in it like this, that means is bad. (This was mine).

No fucks given.
-.- sitting at the parts shop, they tested my stator and it reads fine. The owner of the place tells me that it could still be bad once it gets warm. Fine...

They go to order another one for me, and nobody carries one like mine. All of the normal ones are 5 wire with 3 pin connectors and two wires hang in off the side. Mine is 5 wire, all of which are going into a 6 pin connector.. So he calls the manufacturer to see if they know anything about it... Of course they don't know
