Sorry to hear about your teg, but it sounds like it worked out for you in the end. If you decide to do something different using the ac let me know I would like to see what you end up with.

well, this ITR didnt come with A/C so dont know what to do... Have dual springs with chromolly steel retainers from KMS and CTR cams (my ITR is 1999 buid) so as I am going to do the springs will swap around the cams too... may just leave JRSC fr somebody else.

Have a whole lot there full kit for 800EUR including rebuild kit bearings and shit everything there, all I managed to do to supercharger is striped it apart and started cleaning, striped rotors which were all partially pealed off and all... shipping wuld be up to 100eur to anywhere in USA, I think could be ~ 70-80 most cases...

I wouldn't let the fact that you do not have ac stop you from putting the supercharger on. The reality of it all is that even with all the extra cooling you can get, these m62s just don't flow enough air to make more than right around 300whp. So your idea of cooling things with the ac would help some but it's not going to change the fact that the blower has a max rpm that you can't, well shouldn't, spin past. With an itr or ctr exhaust cam, gsr intake cam, a good tune, and if you did something like the lht, even if you modified the manifold yourself. Use a b20 crank pulley, a stepper pulley and a 4.0 snout. Get a set of cam gears, kamakazie header or one like it, good flowing exhaust and a ice box style 3" or bigger intake, you would put your motor very close to the max your going to get out of it. At that point only porting, larger displacement, and alternate fuel or spraying Nitrous is going to net a good gain in whp. Good luck, and if it were mine I would give it a shot you would be surprised with the lht and all the little things how well this setup can run.

From what I've read, a GSR JRSC setup doesnt fit a Type-R B18C.
Im not sure why or its just some bolt on hardware that youll need to swap to make it work.

The B16 and ITR use the same JRSC setup.

Irrelevant, but Ive also read that A/c was an option. So you might be able to find it somewhere. You might be able to use it off another teg too. Not sure

I read alot on tegs lol

The gsr jrsc manifold will not bolt directly to a b16 or itr head, you are correct. But since the manifolds are made from the same casting, it's only a matter of drilling out holes to make it work on a b16 or itr.
