I dont think that how they did it. It wouldnt make sence to start the counter over that often. Or even at all. My guess is its a fake plaque. Not a fake car, but just a fake plaque

I think I figured out why....

ITR was introduced in 1997, but they didnt bring it back in 1999. So maybe when they brought it back in 2000 they started numbering it.

I've decided that this car is going to be a beater.... lol

She's getting painted grey with a checkard roof if we have time. lol

its going to be so bad ass! I'll get pics up later if i can.

boo.... no paint today... :(

lol, the place we were going to go do it isn't going to work out... we're going to have to some other day, but this summer, expect at LEAST 3 different paint jobs. lol
