Well, A stock srt4 is capable of a 13.6..yes its been dont by more than one person, bu usually they run low 14's
As for me and one other local around here we both pulled a 13.9 stock and i hit a 13.8 stock ( well in fmic upgrade and Wastegate actuator)

Yea my hp is up there with you Cheese...Pushen around 280, minus 300, if you count all the upgrades. Like my new tires and my new battery.lol watch out for me....

thats not hard, they arent the fastest things out there..and you also have to remember power to weight ratio...srt4s are heavy, I put my fat turd on a scale and w/o me it was 3180lbs
