fuck. what a way to start the weekend.
i had to pick someone up at 7, then was going to head out, but i got a call from one of my sisters. she told me that my little sister got into a big accident and that i needed to go to the hospital because the rest of the fam were already heading there. i seriously was going to cry when she called me. i love my little sister to death. that and i always get freaked out when someone i love is hurt. headed to the hospital and the emergency room waiting area was packed. it was a 10 car pile-up, but the hospital told us 6 and the news says 4. i dunno. last i heard, her and her bf were sitting in the back and her side got hit more. her door popped open and her side of the window shattered. i fucking hope she's okay. i'll fucking die if she isn't. i love her sooo much. =( WORST way for her to start off her spring break. she was just heading home from college, too. fuck. i coulda picked her up. she shoulda called me. i would have taken the day off for that. bleh. so yeah. waited at the hospital for a couple hours with NO information on her status because apparently it was a big accident so the emergeny room was packed. a lot of the patients' beds were in the hallway. her included. me and one of my brothers went home because everyone kept telling us to since we just barely got off work and stuff like that. i dunno. i hope she's okay. i'm SO worried. i'm about to head back out there.

DAVIS, Calif. -- A massive traffic jam resulted Friday from a multivehicle crash on Interstate 80 in Davis, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck, which took place at about 5 p.m. near Mace Boulevard and involved at least four cars, temporarily shut down all eastbound lanes.
Crews worked quickly to remove the vehicles from the road, but the traffic backup stretched all the way to the junction of I-80 and Highway 113.
Officials said 18 people were injured in the wreck. Many ambulances were still at the site as of 6 p.m.
Drivers heading east on I-80 were urged to avoid the area, taking Highway 113 north to Interstate 5 as a detour.
