I'm talking common maintenance, how often do you have to fix a transmission? And my gears work, just 3rd is gone now.. But it's working out for the meantime.

Once I get my truck here, I'll start pulling it out. Or maybe not if the shift fork is external, I'll check that first, I haven't researched it yet.

I have pulled out my transmission to fix various things. You do basic maintenance that anyone does to their car. Saying you maintain your car is stretching it a bit. If I lost a gear I would throw in another gear box ASAP. Look at Patrick. His box died, sourced one immediately. I don't see why you are being defensive when I told you the truth.

Loool, yeah. Racing with 3 gears is the opposite of maintained, childs play. It's more like 'irresponsible'.
That's like saying, my piston is cracked, but other than that it runs great. You have a $35 car on $12 wheels
