I still love the white '09 CBR1000RR....that has to be about my favorite bike. But I just can't justify trading my current two wheel terror for one. It doesn't make sense

Oh the side of the projector? I had to shave the projector down on the side where it touches the bracket.


Yep i love the new cbr line up. Best yet. Ill be getting a 07+ 600RR when i get back into it. Ill never need 1000cc beyond competition or stunting so i doubt ill step up.

yep and it fit much better, went down to my car to just have the headlight sit on the car, looks amazing and i couldnt get a nice picture of it but the cutoff is amazing and sharp, the oem cover didnt mess with it all that much after the clean up i did to it. i have blue and a nice purple cut off.

Thanks yvonne, trick photography! I havent been to the beach in years honestly but i have gone to the pier. Although im gonna be riding bicycles at the beach strip/pier every weekend if i can. 10 min drive for me =P

skygun thats gonna look better than mine. Once its done you'll have to make a trip up more this way and we can try to revive the socal crew for a random meet. Maybe get blake (Local) to join us.

I just realized i should have mentioned that i took calculated scientific measurements with my eye and marker to ensure the projector was mounted as centered to the original projector as possible. You can just check yours by putting the front lens on with bezel, keeping in mind there are still horizontal and vertical adjustments once fully mounted. But you dont want to seal it all up only to realize the projector isnt centered.

yeah, im not too sure if it is centered but ill be finding out once i can have both on the car(no cover) and aim and see what happens

thanks, i hoe it just all turns out good and leveled, centered. ill try to, i have been getting scheduled early shifts so its possible

haha no its when you put the cover with bezel back on that youll find out how off you are but u know what its probably not even an issue. I mean how off can it be as long as you flat mount it evently to the bracket somewhere near center. Im overthinking based on trying to be sure myself.

lol, thanks for making me do the same. i was on a different page though, mine sits close to centered but i bet the moment i adjust to aim they will be centered. and i know they are gonna stick out a little but how i want.
but firing the one up tonight made me feel soo much better about it all and i know its worth it. i had it point away from me and across a street at an la fitness, could see the light just fine and not lighting up the sky

I live 1680 miles from newport beach, If I ever go somebody better be having one hell of a party

Edit: The crazy thing is it's only 14 turns from my house. Lol
