funny part was, i got the rear lip things on a friday, and then the side skirts the monday afterwards and the front lip the wednesday after that

i think so but if you ever buy lip you'll need to get a 98-01 lip

it sounds like a bad pulley, maybe try some belt dressing from an auto parts store? that may cure the squeal

i think all manual integra's are hydraulic clutch systems when was the last time the clutch was replaced? its most likely a bad/worn clutch

i used some polishing compound and then waxed the headlight turned out good
