im gonna say no. if you wanna improve cooling upgrade your rad and fan. or a thermostat that opens at a lower temp. theres also somthing to make you fan turn on sooner

uhm dont drain from the radiator. you will still get a mess. try to drain from the engine. the drain bolt is to the left side of the exhaust manifold(header) on the BLOCK

if your rotor is not spinning you have big problems. your exhaust cam spins that rotor. and the timing belt spins the cams. im thinking a seized dist could cause some bad problems if you keep running the car and trying to start it. if you really know what seized is then you would know timing...

i doubt any film will do anything to help you but reduce the mess. the glass will still shatter. as far as cameras. id say save the money for new windows. to me cameras at night are like old security guards. they are more of a deterrence. most of the time those just catch people you know.
