1990-1991 had that kind of bumper, All of them... 1992-1993 had the smiley face bumper.

Autozone, Pepboys, O'Reillys etc... Just measure the opening in your 90-91 bumper and measure a few fog lights at those auto parts stores. There's no actual kit specifically for that application, Just universals.

Remove the bolts/screws under the bumper and in the wheel well/fender lining (2 on both sides), Remove the bumper lights and I think there are 2 or 3 12MM bolts behind the bumper lights you need to remove. Then pull the bumper up and forward.
