installed my strut bars and got a free P/S bracket that i needed and posted my si wheels and seats for sale today, hopefully i can get the rest of what i need soon so i can get it on the road before x-mas.

scraped some tint and got all my windows finally lookin clean, cleaned my carpets, repaired the radio harness and installed door and rear deck speakers along with one of my spare headunits. noticed while checkin to make sure all was plugged in and ok wire wise i noticed i have a manual GS-R cluster :lol: guess i dont need to change it anytime soon for the jdm cluster i wanted.
hopefully by the end of the week i can have my wheels sold or traded but im really not feelin rotas at all and its one of the offers i have for my SI's :roll: as you all can tell from my sig i dont rock rotas :lol:. we'll see what happens if i cant dig up another set of wheels i have stashed somewhere around my attic.

got pretty much everything that was missing except for a p/s pump and all is in place only to find out the wrong alternator is in the car since it wont line up with the top bracket :roll:. so i have to hunt down an alternator and a d or b series p/s pump to really have everything buttoned up.
still havent got the headlight and fan harness soldered in hopefully that will get done tomorrow or this weekend and fix this other issue with my key. once all thats taken care of i can roll this hooker out the garage and put her on the street so i can dress her up and put her to work.

made out like a bandit today at the junkyard found the right alternator, abs reservoir cover, door molding, trunk cable, and some clear turn signal lens. got the headlight and fan harness wired up jus need to finish some other loose ends i had before and i should finally be able to start a build thread.

Looking forward to seeing the DB. We have a DB Squad that we are trying the Bring back to life. There's a couple of threads on here.
Is that exhaust tip sitting on top of the box the same one on the red hatch? I never seen the one on the hatch before; it looks good.
If its not the same one, what is the name of the one on hatch?

yeah its the same one that was on the hatch, its a greddy dt exhaust thats now discontinued. yeah i cant really wait to get started but i need to make sure i have a solid base so i can start.

got everything hook up and the it finally runnin with everything work today and so now the build can really start.
got these clear corners in the junkyard, now i jus need to find a new bumper as you can see from the driverside and some clean fenders since the original owners attempt at installin sidemarkers failed and theres already bondo which is a no no for me.
lucked out and found the side molding i was missin from the door in the junkyard but im still not sure if i want them on or off but i need to cover the holes up since the car wont be seein the paint & body shop until maybe after spring break or early summer.
wheels are definaitely on the way out since its on 3 matchin 17" wheels and 1 steelie, but i have a few options im gonna try. suspension will come later on down the road in time for when the car gets painted but its a matter of what quality stuff i wanna throw at it.
and of course the emblems are gettin shaved and a s2k antenna will be goin in and a few jdm nick nacks here and there.

started checkin out the brakes and the suspension and looks like i need a rear caliper because one is frozen and a front upper control arm since the the nut is stripped, ball joint spins and the boot is cracked.
pulled off my rear bumper to put the license plate lights in and while underneath i noticed how rusted lookin my rear swaybar looked so ill be swappin it out with the clean one i salvaged from my EG hatch.
now shes cleaned up a bit and sittin on some 14" SE-R wheels which actually have her lookin better, so another trip to the junkyard for more parts this weekend to finalize everything and she's ready to handle gettin abused by me.

upper control arm, rear sway bar, abs sensor,and p/s pump is in although its the incorrect pump :roll:. still havin no luck findin the rear caliper so i can bleed the brakes, but hopefully this weekend i'll find one. threw in my replica itr strut bar and a few other odds and ends, drove it up and down the driveway to check the trans and i think i may have some flat spots on the SER wheels so those will most likely be gettin swapped out and i'll post of its current status.
