Hey there so i need a little help here, i want to know what you guys used to lower your car for example what lowering springs, coilovers you used ad how low it got you car. ive been thinking about lowering the teg abit but im not to sure witch ones i should get right now im leaning towards the Tein S.Tech Springs but i dont know if it will drop my car enough the way i want it. post pictures of how your car sits and what springs/coilovers you used it would be a great help to me.

Prozon bought s techs from me. He can tell you how they look and feel. Depends on if you want look or function. I prefer coilovers, but those will cost more. S techs are a solid choice if you go springs.

the eibach pro kit is another choice if you want a little of both performance and looks.

I believe they make a diy alignment kit for when your done installing. I still need to get mine done :D

i have the tokico blue spring/shock set, it lowers my ride but not too much, maybe 1.5". if i could do things a different way i probably would have bought the tein s techs or eibach springs instead

I had tein s techs before I got my cilovers on stock shocks and struts, no issues, great for lowering springs

As Mitch mentioned, I used Tein S-Tech's. They're supposed to net about a 2" drop on a DA9. I kept my stock struts and just installed the springs. It's a really straight forward and easy installation. The ride and handling is way better then stock.

The car is actually a bit lower then in the picture. The springs have settled a bit since I took that picture.

I bought them from TheNoxus1. Can't beat his prices. PM him for a price and get some! :thumbs up

Just be aware that you might blow you stock struts cause they arn't made for lowering springs (1 inch max). Personally save up and get some upgrade struts while your at it. No point in doing it twice. Tokico HPs are good struts.

Me and Kris have the same setup. Like Kyle said I would check your struts before you install them. I had blown my right rear. Instead of replacing the one I replaced both rear. Mines around 2in all the way around.

@Kyle do you know where i could pick some of those struts up ? im a noob on where to get good parts for my car lol and i dont trust just googleing "Tokico HPs" and picking a random website?

JGvtec do you like the setup you have? and i think it looks pretty good

Oh my gawwwd. Aftr i put the springs on. The ride is so different. Before if i took a turn too quick i would come out of it all wobbly. Now its so nice and sturdy. Plus on the tein's the springs rates are just right. Not too stiff not too soft. Just right.

If you are planning on doing the tein's i would recommend checking your struts. You can get new ones from autozone for i think its 66 ea.

Well i wouldn't do anything yet. See what mitch can do for you. Maybe it would be better to go full coils instead you never know.
