this. its like bad parenting, they let us run up and down the aisles of the grocery store and may even occasionally say "hey, stop" but do they punish if we don't stop. no. they wait till weeks later when were at the grocery store again and we come running around the corner and then bam, bust that ass.

everyone says we are children...but that must mean none of the mods are parents... :what:

If this is the case... then we are currently at the stage where the kid starts packing up their favorite toys and threatens to run away. Kid starts walking and is back before the sun goes down, and everyone goes on with their lives.

Since all the drama has started I haven't seen any civil threads about the situation. Swearing constantly is not going to get your point across. Honestly it makes the post much less credible.

If anyone else has an issue with me personally I have a PM box that holds 500, fill it up. Unless you want to do it in a thread, start one.

It's understood, the situation was ignored too long. Like a crack in the dam, one day it just all goes wrong and some people aren't going to be happy that their house is 5 miles down the river.

Let's just move on, if anyone got their feelers hurt then that sucks but it happens sometimes. Life is never going to be free from some sort of drama, so just get over it. In addition, if there are rules to be followed than it needs to published and followed step by step, no skipping rules. Rules are in place for a reason and become useless once they are no longer followed as intended.

I think the rules are a basic understanding of respect and shouldn't need to be posted, but I guess if the speed limit isn't posted, go 130, right?

This site has been around for years and until now respect and being an idiot hadn't been a problem. But sure, basic rules probably could get posted on respecting strangers in life. Lol

I think there needs to be more of a steady presence of the mods.

this, it seems all fo the mods have been here forever, which isn't bad, but they aren't active enough.

It wasn't sarcasm, it was making light of an blown out of proportion situation. The site isn't going to get closed down. People will get back to how it was in a short time. In a month tops, this whole situation will be forgotten.
