In all seriousness guys, this was a few years ago. I had ordered some parts for a car and was sent completely the wrong stuff. I started reading reviews and found a lot of the same...shipping wrong parts, etc... Just left a very bad taste in my mouth. I hadn't really thought about how long ago it was when i posted that. If other people have had good experiences lately, then go for it. I can't even remember what it was I ordered.wow made an account just to say that, that says something about customer service but i think you should try to resolve what happened witht he member below who had a bad experience with your company.

I'm assuming it took a little longer a few years ago and with shipping the wrong parts back, them checking, and then sending out the correct parts. Then again, I don't know the circumstances. lol It sounds like a bitch, but nothing that never happens to any company once in a while. Maybe you got lucky. lolYes I did contact them, I think i got the right parts after about a month or so, which can be frustrating when trying to work on a car. BUT, I have a feeling I shouldn't have said anything. Was too long ago to be relevant. Sounds like they are a legit company that has improved. Hadn't really dawned on my how long ago it was.

Fake product??? They stock multiple brands. And it says which brand right by the part. Usually you have a lot of choices.I've heard a lot of good things about them to but I'm just worried that I'm gonna get a fake product cuz the price is half of what I find everywhere else.
Duuuude, I checked the prices shipped to my place and it was $8 after shipping.i tried to order caliper pins from then cuz they were only like 8 bucks for the set but the shipping was 25 bucks for standard USPS.
They didn't, I remember them posting before about Paden's complaint against them.Wow that was intense! Never thought that creating this review thread would actually compel the company to join and post! I think I need a high five.
The only bad thing I have to say is that you SHOULD NOT buy items that say "Only 3 remaining." or something like that. That was Paden's complaint, he ordered with one remaining, it was out- and there was the issue. I ordered a CV axle awhile back that only had 1 remaining. Then I got an email saying it was out of stock, it took like a month to get my money back. They refunded it rather quickly, but it went to my Paypal, which then refunded it straight to my debit card.. which took weeks..I wouldn't buy anything from rockauto. I made that mistake once, never again. Their customer service sucks, they often ship the wrong thing, they rape you on shipping, etc..., etc...
