lol Good eye, New Jake.
If your rims already had cracks (which I'm assuming it did since they obviously didn't leave the tire shop with those tires on it lol), why are you trying to put the fault on Goodyear? I still don't understand. You went in for tires and they gave you tires. Maybe that small crack just gave in when you were driving it after the new tires were installed. How is that their fault?
Chances are if you didn't even notice the wires were showing on all your tires and they had more wear than a homeless man's shoes, I doubt you inspected the rims as closely as you make it seem for cracks and such. Your tires were dookie. You have no one to blame but yourself for that one, buddy. lol Plus the quality of the rims matter.
The only reason this is irritating me is because I understand both sides. The shop can't be help accountable for your lack of care of your own car, though. I hate when people threaten shops with bad reviews unless it's absolutely justifiable. Your rims and tires were bad before they touched them, though.
No, I took them off, took it there, got the tires swapped, dropped them off at home, went to work, got a call from my dad saying they were cracked, he then goes to wheel works to inquire about them, they say its fine. 7 days later = 19 psi, air leak wtf? Check the crack for a leak, sure enough...
Again, they let me walk away with cracked rims without letting me know, how is that justifiable? And who else checks the inside rim of their wheels daily? And the rims had no curb rash, just because its those rims states nothing about their quality
Oh yeah, when I went to wheel works yesterday for my own inquiry, he said whoever told m dad that they were okay was wrong, because they aren't okay
