Well said, +1. I'm not touching my 'Teg until I can legitimately modify it with quality parts. I'm going to try and fine this gem of an article I read in Importtuner about fake and cheap parts.

HEY i have an axle back exhaust!!!! and your right it sounds like shit lol but mine wasnt by choice lol i lived in arkansas and the dirt road i lived on ended up ripping off the muffler lol but it was rusted through anyway.

a good choice and decently cheap is flowsound, had a buddy in the army that had it on his 96 civic and the damn thing sounds like an f1 race car, dont know which series it was but it sounded amazing

just order an exhaust from eBay called yonaka not really expensive and sounds really good and quite...just saying

its amazing they let people people like you buy cars. not being mean but dont just leave it off. put a good exhaust on it. trust me no muffler = not enough back pressure which means burnt valves. and if you cant afford a cheap exhaust then im sure ya cant afford a vlave job.

Might as well just pull ur exhaust off after the cat (so you can stay green) dont want to distroy the enviroment to much lol... ebay exhaust kits work in a pinch and usally made of stainless, the flanges rust out tho so paint them.

No, you are incorrect. The axle back piece is after the cat, so removing the piece between the axle back and the cat wouldn't do anything different for the environment. But what it would do is dump exhaust fumes pretty well right under your ass.

dont be cheap and give people more of a reason to look at us in shame. spend some money and do your exhaust right. the skunk2 mega kit i got ran me 450$ plus s@h it tucked right under. a child could do it. but the kits do not come with the rubber hangers. 8$ at local parts store. probably 15 from dealership lol. all you need is 2 open ended 14mm wrenches. and a jack and jack stands. check out mine
