There is a metal clip that the bumper screw goes into. More than likely that metal clip just popped out, which means your screw isn't attached to anything.

Clip is there, on both sides. The lights have been popping out since Thursday, and I was going to bolt it to the clip from the other side on Wednesday, cuz thats my next day off and it should stop raining by then. Still pissed off about it

My RX8's sidemarkers held in better with no screw holding them in

Youre talking about bumper lights or side markers? Those are 2 completely different parts. As far as your bumper lights, you should check the mounting hardware. On the opposite side where the screw goes. That side is held by a plastic fitting that slips into the bumper. That is the most common reason for it to fall out if it broke, or you didnt install it correctly. Inspect the mounting hardware. Sometimes aftermarket bumper lights leave that piece too small. I've never had a problem. The only people i have seen that have a problem, is when something is broken. Not Hondas fault there.

*Update 5/18*

So on Tuesday night, I was laying in bed, as I'm about to slide my Palm Pre open... And I slide it a little bit and a little screw drops into my hand. I lol'd cuz that was not good.. Then my phone became a 3 layer mess..

So I spent $400 on a new phone rather than new rims ;)




HELLA WORTH THE MONEY SO FAR!! This phone is truly epic.


Anyways.. We got the new headlights in yesterday, hooray






We'll get the 6-point bar in on Saturday, as well as my DC header. I have a video of inside and outside of the car of how it sounds now, but I'm still figuring out my phone. Its coming along

And we got the stock header and heat shield off, and, well.. Kinda ran into a small problem

It wont come off... Brand new: $115.. Did not buy. Car out of service temporarily

actually has an FB6 now.
just based off of personal preference, i would change the rims. something OEM or even rotas. remove the altezzas. i would also remove the headlights back to OEM.

but my opinion doesn't truly matter to you. your car, your money.

Oil was very caked down there underneath the engine, so I drained the oil and got a new gasket for my oil pan.
Also got an O2 sensor for $75 so I finally got the header on. Thus following the steering stabilizer that goes under the engine, feels much firmer now.
And I was able to put fresh oil in it too, so shes happy now too
















Also seems some of you are only looking at my headlights, taillights, and rims.. Good luck getting me to switch it. No seriously, it'd take a lot to convince me to do that. Just my opinion too, sorry if you don't like them.. Just worry about your own shit and not mine, thanks :D

i like the headlights! the rims are alright, theyre flashy but they look good. good luck with the rest of the build!

Thank you :D I'm feeling I should be original and create an Approval and Disapproval list, just for kicks.. But I just looked at my headlight comparison pic again, and for sure, the halos are 100 times better.. At least I already have circular headlights, super flowing right there
