Dude you just need a new bumper cover...
how do you figure? probably a new passenger fender not to mention the paint isn't going to match so she's going to have to paint her whole car in order for the bumper to not be the only un sun faded part on her car.

an air bag tray which this is a good opportunity for you to delete it.
and she is going to need to check the tabs on her headlights to make sure they're not broke. they brake so easy.

no that wont total it out actually so your safe. cuz mine was worse and mine is 180k 1994 and my damage totaled only 1300 with new fender, bumper cover, headlights, and custom paint so dont worry bro. but i feel your pain
Did you forget to read the part where the airbag was deployed? IT probably is totalled. The air bag is 975 from acura lol.... If she goes to a legit body shop that uses OEM or New parts, it's totalled.

Yes you can get used parts, but a legit shop won't get used SRS system components lol

I took it to Honda, who works with United Collision - who uses OEM parts - I got a rental car (pic below-lame) and I spoke with State Farm, the other ladies insurance and they are going to pay for everything. I told them I want to know everything that's going on & they do not have permission to touch my car without consulting me first. I am paranoid because of the mods on my car, I don't want them to f*** anything up! ~ I am hoping they will just put on a new bumper, and fender if she needs it, and paint. I love my car & don't want her to get totaled out...plus, apparently State Farm hates to total out cars. *Fingers crossed*

Similar thing recently happend to me....after almost 3 weeks of battling with the insurance theyre giving me $3,000 to repair my car, its a 95 gsr, they only give you what the "book value" is on the car, luckily mine was set at 4k.

find a shop that will do it cheap....parts for what you need are no more than $600.... dont ever EVER take your car to honda collision, i made that mistake at first, they quoted the repairs at 5k, and thats why my insurance gave me such s***.

they said i needed a new a/c condenser, and all this bulls*** under the hood, when they never even popped the hood, i was the first to pop it open after it left honda and i took it to my other body shop, because once the hood was opened the latch wouldnt catch again.....

battle the f*** out of your insurance, i have full coverage and never been in an accident before, especially since this isnt your fault, sue her for your repair costs, dont accept a total loss, its your choice.

Btw, its easier for state farm to total out a car then pay for the repairs if its over 80% of the cars value, i have state farm which is supposedly the best, and they gave me the biggest hassle in life, overall, my claim rep did try his best to save my car, and explaining your situation and all that, and being nice and courteous goes a long way.

good luck on repairs!

If totaled... just buy it back and throw on a JDM front.
You can source the air bags again(if you want them)
It looks like there is no real frame damage...
Now the main issue will be IF the car runs/operates correctly. (engine, etc) Accidents tend to make the teggys act funny from that point on.
GL with repairs bro....
