ha thanks cole for the sig looks great!

also we should all just save cash and go anyway! it would be a GREAT experiece IMO
I second this
I'm not paying $150+ to punish my car for hours on end, I already know I'd place high amongst our crew, rice or not, I'd spank the non vtec's in our group, but if it'll shut everyone's rice comments, I'll do it
Hahaha
LoL, But cole, you might need an aftermarket transmission cooler if your ever gonna think about tracking your car hard like that, other than that you really have nothing to ruin but your tires lol
Good point made haha. I'm at a disadvantage with the auto....
I'll triple vtak your Ass Cole ha ha, good thing I'm getting that wink mirror, you can see me grinning thru it, ear to ear
Pssshhhh, I don need to stinkin vtak

I had a civic si swap, with ctr cams, slow as balls til 6k, and vtecs need to have valves adjusted more frequently, and have more parts to maintain and replace, an ls with an si tranny would beat a b16 with an si tranny in 1/4 mile. Look it up, true story

non vtec doesn't burn a fraction the oil vtec engines do. no vtec issues etc...
LoL idk I have never seen anyone have vtec issues, unless they mess with the engagement of vtec using a VAFC... Burning oil is burning oil, all hondas start to burn oil about the same, Its all about how the previous owners took care of the car as well... My GSR doesnt burn barely any oil at all, but it was taken care of, my Old B16 Del sol burned a little more oil but wasnt taken care of as much and had 20,000 miles less than my teg... and my DA burned the most oil at of all my cars lol, but it had 280k lol... Valve adjustments are the same for both cars, do them every 30,000 miles/2 years...

theres a few more parts, but how often do you find yourself replacing rockers, vtec solenoid, and other parts in the head?

A LS has more torque than a B16 so of course it will beat it off the line, but not top end... But top end to top end if you put an LS with B16 tranny in a DC2 against a B16A2/B16A3/B18C1 with a B16 tranny the B18C1/B16A3/B16A2 will win...

This is assuming they're either both in good condition, and have had all their maintenance done, and have good compression^^^

Ls would beat a b16 any day in stock form, both having same b16 tranny, trust me, I've had both....
