bye bye skunk2 stage 2 tuner cams... and back in the OE cams go. took some close up shots for those that are curious of how to tell if cams are what they are. im still waiting for the extended intake manifold studs i bought awhile back so i can install the jrsc.
so... the audio part of the build also
i sold it... then i wanted it back... gotta have that bass, lol. the 4ch is so0o0o lonely. i had to buy another JL 500/1, already have a JL sub to go with it. im thinking about building a 1"-2" thick rear panel t include a fan to ventilate the heat from the amps... :what: definitely going to buy the JL bass control knob tho.
WHAM!... a monoblock to keep it company.
also picked these JL C5 for my 6.5 component setup,
btw where do you guys mount your crossovers? before i had it on the door panel and it was a hassle when i open the panels.
only prob... is the depth i too much, its hitting a metal brace on the inside, so i gotta buy some speaker spacers for a better clearance, i just hope i they'll clear the door panels. other wise its gonna suck.
and since the door panels are out... i decided to do add a little rice to it. purchased some JDM DB8 ITR window switches. passenger side is fair simple, and so was the drivers. only complication really is the USDM driver side switch and the JDM driver side switch. the covers and relays are totally opposite but they do snap into the USDM driver door. it just wont be totally screwed in.

after:lighting is horrible i know, but its the ricer carbon faux
