I watch those shows every once in a while; my girlfriend refuses to watch anymore because I always freak out when they spend $10k on a kitchen, lol.

When I get some deals in the Greater Bay Area, I will definitely give you a call on that. Typically, most of our efforts have been in the Solano County area since there were literally enough deals top feed everyone, but recently, it has become apparent we need to begin looking toward a larger region and eventually across the United States!

Good shit man! I recently had my brick house raised bc of flood zones (house flooded 2 times already along with my Porsche 914). Changed the outside walls and repainted it and now it looks pretty good. No pics tho sorry

Another one that was really bad. The whole house was piled with tons of s***. They were literally like those people from the show Hoarders! I'll try and dig up some photos of the kitchen in a little bit

the neighborhood i'm moving into hasn't had anything sold since 08 so it is an extremely nice house that isn't finished yet that hopefully in a few years we can turn around and make 20 or 30 off of it.

That's a good plan! Now is a great time to buy, but it is hard to tell where the market is headed and how long it's going that way.

yeah i mean i plan on being here at least til emma (daughter) is out of elementary school. she's 3 now so probably a good 9 years. hoping by then it will sell for a good amount more.
