My dad is a general contractor and I have been donig the painting/drywalling/flooring shit since I was 18, its amazing what you can do with a house if you have motivation. I am getting out of it though as I am now in school to be an Rn, but still work with him part time and enjoy it. I really want to buy a rundown house and just go to town with it one of these days.
