Looool! Hopefully you're up out of there! I know that Texas and Arizona is where a lot of the California investors like to spend their money! You can make a shit-ton of money out there wholesaling to us Californians! I know someone that was clearing about $10k a month in the Port Arthur triangle before the hurricane hit a couple of years ago.

ya real estate can be rich down here in the big TX. and ya im at college in college station, you want to talk about a real estate market? buy up properties and rent out to 4 college students. 1600 is standard for a 4 bedroom...nicer ones will get the pretty sorostitutes to pay 2000-2400. see ya soon. lol
