Why did you drop the compression so much?

Nice build though, very clean

for more boost probably. the 60 series is not a small turbo. i'd imagine once that thing is on song you really don't need that much compression.

60 isnt that big, but they dont spool untill around 4k
So hes not gonna be making power untill then, thays why im throwing 9.9:1 pistons in my ls turbo build, it smoothes out the power band and gives you more low end power and tourqe. But im only shooting for 320 to the wheel since it will be for track, in his power range, a reinforced block, and forged internals he would able to keep stock compression and make the same amount of power by turning the boost down alittle, theres alot of benifits to it.

what kinda numbers you pushing?
The car made 400+ hp when it was built right now its tuned down because my manifold has a crack in it so its only making 260 hp 220 tq right now. The car was built by Joe Demaree, he raced a civic hatch built by himself in the NHRA and was ranked fasted 4 cyl in the midwest in 2004
x2 curious also, nice setup, hows the phantom grip lsd treating you i here a lot of bad things, whats your opinion
I really haven't launched the car a whole lot since i bought it, the phantom grip lsd kinda scares me but i guess we will see.

yeah i was following some thread on HT that was going to review it over time but he just stopped posting, must of the ppl that right bad review talk about the BITCH pin flying out but i think you have to weld it just like you would do with a SOHC

looks good, how much money do you have in the motor? If you dont mind me asking that is
I bought it with the built motor but i do have the receipts. The total was $7000 and that doesn't include the turbo kit. The turbo kit is the only thing i don't have receipts for.
