You don't have to drill. You have to thread on of the passages(can't recall if it's oil or coolant at this very moment), and screw in the plug.i cannot do the LS/vtec... wish I had the tools to do it, since it requires some drilling, from what I read? I also cannot figure out what all the tutorials mean, on how to do it. They aren't all that clear?!
i highly doubt it, since they are unregulated in Japan... Which is why they have to remove them at 25-35k miles... lolIdk much about the smog laws since I live in Ohio where I dont have to deal with it lol. Call up the different engine importers and see if they are smog legal...
