a little about me

Im 20, live in East Bay Area, owned a 1988 camaro, 86 Bronco, 97 volvo 850, 94 civic hb, 84 SVO, 98 Cobra, an now a 91 Turtle Teg. all of whick I bought and worked on, and sold, i was out in UTI in SAC, and thats all folks.

As for the Teg, i bought it for 500. here is how she sat when i got her.

sooo. if you read my tags,, yes im building a ls/vtec.. BOOOHHHSSted... (P.S. when i smoke, i tend to spell words with a lil funk.. you dnt like it... i soo soorrryy.. BLOW ME)

as for progress, the motor is pulled, and broken down at the shop, i need to get back there asap so i can hone the walls, and finish the block portion,

specs on the block

.50 over piston/rings
10 over rods
10 over mains

STOCK Hyper pistons
ARP rod bolts
ARP studs..

thats it for the bottom.

i ran across a P-72 head at work, found bare head, springs, valves and rocker arm bars (whatever they're called).. and thats it... so i went to town on the porting... and no "gasket-to-gasket" shit...

I STILL NEED INTERNALS FOR the GSR, i found some b17 cams.... still thinking tho..

Goals for the build:

with the stock stuff.. 250ish..
whatever the tuner says is "safe" for a DD.

doing what most ls/vtec boosted's would do... except with less $$. cuz im koo like that. ya feel me?:shock:

so i just found a jumper harness for 30. OBD-0 to obd-1....

ok, newb question,, but i need this right? better yet,,,, i Could use this to make my life easier, it also has the wire(s) for da vtec...

also going to meet up with a guy to get them b17 cams for 70, and the rest of my internals for the head... (for a good deal he says)...

feedback would be great PLEASE, how much do you think ill be looking at for the internals? (rocker arms, Cam caps, VC, and....... whatever other goodies...
