I've had short throw shifters on multiple cars...my favorite set up of any Integra is still the OEM DC2/DB8.
ill take a lightened flywheel but i hate short shifters. i cant heel toe with them at all. Cant feel them going into gear. On the skunk2 and B&M ones too.Two of the mods I don't want anywhere near my car
blox is a good company for nothing. i have had no success with any blox part i have owned and i have never been satisfied with any of the productsok l ve decided to do this. but is BLOX a good brand for short shifter?
skunk2 or B&Moh wow . ok l guess l need to cross off BLOX then ahah l guess l should go for skunk2 then
Why dont you just cut your shifter down and re-thread the end of it.either of them would make mine "look" shorter right? cuz Yes l do want a shorter throw but it would be a plus if they look shorter as well
I have heard other people say this about Blox products, I have before as well. In this month's Import Tuner Eric Hsu of Cosworth Racing recommended a Blox header and throttle body to a reader who wanted more power out of an EP3. I'm not saying Blox is or isn't worth a shit, but if a guy with his knowledge and experience recommends Blox, it may be worth taking another look at their products. Then again they might have paid him to say that...I'm just throwing this out there....blox is a good company for nothing. i have had no success with any blox part i have owned and i have never been satisfied with any of the products
Ahh. Blox has had some success on the track, Password JDM has used the P1 cam (pro1 skunk2 cam) in their NASA EK hatch. This car was raced and they have shown success through it. My friend runs the Blox Type B cams in his car. He says they are good and the motor has lasted quite a while. I would for sure stay away from the blox suspension components for sure as their LCA bushings are sub par and i destroyed them in 3 auto x events and daily driving over a 6 month period. Also the endlinks i have are rusted to shit, and my test pipe will not fit a gsr header on LS piping (as michael from blox said it would)I have heard other people say this about Blox products, I have before as well. I feel you on that Shane. I was just saying that I had seen their parts recommended by someone with knowledge and experience, so they might not be as bad as people say. If you have, had that sort of experiences first hand with their products I understand why you feel that way. I was in no way belittling your opinion or personal experience bro, just relaying something I had read that seemed useful to the conversation.Ahh.
