which of the short shift would make the shifter physically shorter?

I drove my friend's DC5 Type S with a Buddy Club short shifter. It felt okay, but I personally prefer the OEM shifter feel.

yea damn l guess thats the only solution . haha then forget it then . shorter throw is good enough

blox is a good company for nothing. i have had no success with any blox part i have owned and i have never been satisfied with any of the products
I have heard other people say this about Blox products, I have before as well. In this month's Import Tuner Eric Hsu of Cosworth Racing recommended a Blox header and throttle body to a reader who wanted more power out of an EP3. I'm not saying Blox is or isn't worth a shit, but if a guy with his knowledge and experience recommends Blox, it may be worth taking another look at their products. Then again they might have paid him to say that...I'm just throwing this out there....

Ahh. Blox has had some success on the track, Password JDM has used the P1 cam (pro1 skunk2 cam) in their NASA EK hatch. This car was raced and they have shown success through it. My friend runs the Blox Type B cams in his car. He says they are good and the motor has lasted quite a while. I would for sure stay away from the blox suspension components for sure as their LCA bushings are sub par and i destroyed them in 3 auto x events and daily driving over a 6 month period. Also the endlinks i have are rusted to shit, and my test pipe will not fit a gsr header on LS piping (as michael from blox said it would)

:thumbs up i just dont trust a company like that you know paden, i look for quality goods.

Cutting your shifter will make your throw a little shorter because the overall length of the shifter wont b as long. Thats really the only solution, because short throw shifters arent really that much shorter, the lenght below the pivot is longer making it a longer fulcrum so it has less to travel to get into gear. Cutting your shifter is your best bet from what you have said.

I feel you on that Shane. I was just saying that I had seen their parts recommended by someone with knowledge and experience, so they might not be as bad as people say. If you have, had that sort of experiences first hand with their products I understand why you feel that way. I was in no way belittling your opinion or personal experience bro, just relaying something I had read that seemed useful to the conversation.
