you dont have to do this to replace the fuel filter.. only a small amount will come out when changing. the lines empty after sitting for a while. thats why it takes a bit for it to start in the morning.

lol! you could change that too.. that may be whats wrong.. take some 600 grit sandpaper, or whatever grit, and clean up the contacts inside the dist.cap to see if it helps
