well i didnt but the guy that i bought the from a year ago, took the clear coat off sanded them down, polished the and painted them. But yeah theyve lasted the test of time 2 winters in kansas city is alot for painted rims.:)

im not saying do it over night lol ask Joel how long it took me to get all my shit together. it take money but just set your goals nothing to rush decide on what you really want. if your want only 150whp ( which is an odd # to go for to be honest, you would have to be super lucky for a high 14 pass) then you could tare down your block in add some pr3 pistons, but with a vtec head you will make more power and you dont have to tear down your block. How does your car run? ever do any leakdowns? if you wanna take your time and do a full build then do that, that is of course way safer. but with your power goals ehh no worries its not like you will beat on it all day every day. so if your just looking for a little extra you can throw a vtec head on your ls and more than likely be happy unless the power bug bites you:twisted:
oh and my block reads b1 and my head reads p72. it relies a lot on tuning

yeah i know. I was just checking to see if my craigslist ad was still up and BAM 98-01 headlight and tails. I WAS LIKE HUH 50 bucks for both. so i bought the tails and my buddy 1cleandc bought the headlights. It'll be sad for the guy when he finds out how much those parts were actually worth tisk tisk :p

thanks for all the comments guys, ive put alot work in the car haha. Ill try to get some before and after picks up. Since i bought it last november its changed quite a bit :lol:
