226k Miles. Change manual transmission fluid or not?

Yeah, like I said..got 226k miles on the car, was gonna change the tranny fluid, but some peaople say I might have problems after that, Don't know when it was done before if it was done at all..
will be greatful for some help..

i think this dude has an auto... so the solution is DO NOT flush the fluid but drain it, then refill as much as you took out. then do it again at the next 2-3 oil changes and by that time all of the fluid should be replaced.

It's manual, drive this car for about 20k miles...think it's about time

do it. and if you have any trouble with shifting switch to GM syncromesh
I was thinking about going with GM Syncromesh at first place, heard a lot of good about it here...

if you do this method you should only use 5w30 synthetic oil
