226k Miles. Change manual transmission fluid or not?

Yeah, like I said..got 226k miles on the car, was gonna change the tranny fluid, but some peaople say I might have problems after that, Don't know when it was done before if it was done at all..
will be greatful for some help..

my mom used to work at a Honda dealership. they wouldnt change tranny fluid after it went for 80,000 to 100,000 miles without a change. they said that the majority of the time they would fail after doing so.

go ahead and just rebuild it. trust me it will do you a lot more good.
